We are looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Manager to lead and strengthen our brand presence across digital platforms.
The ideal candidate will take ownership of social media strategy, content planning, campaign execution, audience engagement, and performance optimization. We are looking for someone who understands how to turn content into meaningful brand visibility, engagement, and business impact.
You will work closely with content creators, designers, video editors, and the marketing team to develop engaging campaigns across multiple social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand and business objectives.
Manage and grow the company's presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X, and other relevant platforms.
Plan and maintain monthly and campaign-specific social media content calendars.
Develop creative concepts for posts, carousels, reels, stories, videos, campaigns, and other social content.
Write and optimize engaging captions, hooks, social copy,



and calls-to-action.
Coordinate with graphic designers, content writers, and video editors to deliver high-quality and platform-specific content.
Identify relevant trends, content opportunities, audience behaviours, and emerging formats.
Build and maintain audience engagement through comments, messages, conversations, and community interactions.
Plan and execute social media campaigns for brand awareness, engagement, lead generation, product promotions, hiring, and key business initiatives.
Support and manage paid social media campaigns across LinkedIn and Meta platforms.
Monitor competitors and identify opportunities to strengthen brand positioning and content differentiation.
Track key performance metrics including reach, impressions, engagement, follower growth, website traffic, leads, and campaign performance.
