Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Braze Certified specialist at Mavlers. The person in this role will design, build, and optimize cross-channel customer engagement campaigns using Braze,



including segmentation, user journeys, and personalized messaging across email, push, in-app, and other channels. Day-to-day tasks include configuring Braze integrations, managing data flows, setting up events and attributes, and ensuring accurate tracking and reporting. The role involves collaborating with client and internal teams to translate business objectives into campaign strategies, testing and refining campaigns based on performance metrics, and documenting best practices and workflows. The specialist will also contribute to campaign experimentation, maintain Braze-related documentation, and support training and knowledge sharing across the organization.
Qualifications
Solid Braze platform expertise, including campaign orchestration, segmentation, user journeys, and personalization.
Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools, customer lifecycle management, and audience strategy.
