Role Description: The Sales Manager role at Simandhar Education is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The sales manager leads and manages a sales team to drive enrollment growth across Simandhar’s finance and AI-focused programs,



ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets. Responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, overseeing lead generation and conversion, and maintaining strong relationships with prospective learners, corporate partners, and channel stakeholders. The role involves monitoring sales performance metrics, forecasting revenue, and collaborating with marketing and academic teams to refine campaigns and offerings based on market feedback. The Sales Manager is also expected to coach and mentor team members, ensure compliance with ethical sales practices, and represent Simandhar at events, webinars, and corporate meetings.
