About the Role

We are looking for a commercially driven, curious and relationship-oriented Sales Executive with 2–3 years of experience, preferably in real estate, construction, building products, PropTech, B2B SaaS or sustainability solutions.





This role sits at the intersection of Real Estate + Sustainability + Technology + B2B Sales. You will build relationships with real estate developers, construction companies, architects, consultants and other stakeholders, understand their sustainability challenges and demonstrate how SD+ can create business and sustainability value.

This is a consultative sales role - you will need to understand the customer's problem before positioning the solution.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
Identify and develop current business opportunities across the real estate and construction ecosystem.
Build and maintain a pipeline of target developers, builders, architects, consultants and other relevant organisations.
Generate leads through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, events and industry relationships.
Identify decision-makers and influencers within target accounts.
