Role Description The Ecommerce Operations Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Vasai Virar, responsible for managing daily e-commerce activities across online marketplaces and brand-owned platforms. This role includes listing and updating products, monitoring inventory, coordinating with warehouse and logistics teams, and ensuring timely order processing and dispatch. The executive will track sales performance, manage pricing and promotions,



and maintain accurate product information and images. The role also involves handling vendor and marketplace communication, resolving operational issues, and preparing regular reports on e-commerce performance and customer trends to support strategic decision-making.

Strong skills in ecommerce RTV operations, order processing, inventory tracking, and coordination with logistics.
Proficiency in working with online marketplaces and ecommerce platforms, with the ability to manage pricing, promotions, and catalog accuracy.
Comfort with data analysis and reporting, using spreadsheets and basic analytical tools to monitor sales, margins, and operational KPIs.
Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with internal teams, external partners, and marketplace support.
Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
