Position Overview
We are seeking an accomplished and commercially astute General Manager - Real Estate Development & Business Development with 15-20 years of comprehensive experience across the real estate development lifecycle.
The role requires a senior professional with strong, hands-on exposure to business development, new project acquisition, land acquisition, JDA/JV transactions, project feasibility, financial modelling, funding,



statutory approvals, design and development, project execution, leasing, sales, and asset monetization.
A key mandate of this position will be to proactively identify and evaluate new real estate opportunities and bring commercially viable projects to the company. The successful candidate should be capable of independently assessing an prospect from development, financial, legal, regulatory, and commercial perspectives, preparing a comprehensive business case, and presenting recommendations to the promoters/senior management.
This is a business and development leadership role and not a construction-only position.
