Job Title: Principal Analyst – Accounts, Audit & Taxation
Location: Bangalore (Onsite)
Reporting to: Senior Manager Legal Company Secretary

PURPOSE OF ROLE




The purpose of this role is to ensure comprehensive tax compliance and reporting across direct tax, indirect tax, and withholding tax (TDS) functions while supporting regulatory requirements and tax risk management. The role is responsible for timely tax filings, reconciliations, assessments, and stakeholder coordination, ensuring adherence to applicable tax laws, accounting standards, and organizational policies while providing strategic support to business and global tax teams.
KEY TASKS AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

Direct Tax
Prepare quarterly advance tax computations and ensure timely payment of taxes.
Compute the annual income tax provision in accordance with applicable accounting standards and tax regulations.
Reconcile Form 26AS/AIS with books of accounts.
Coordination and provide assistance to external consultants for direct tax and transfer Pricing documentation, assessments and notices.
Manage tax controls for GCC
