This role exists to design and deliver a modern, scalable integration architecture that enables accurate, secure, and real-time data exchange across HR, Payroll, Finance, and enterprise systems.
This engineer will play a critical role in executing the 2026 integration roadmap while transforming how integrations operate through AI-driven automation, improving reliability, speed, and data quality at scale.

What Your Responsibilities Will Be

Own the design and delivery of scalable, secure Workday integrations that support critical business workflows across HR, Payroll, and enterprise systems
Improve integration reliability and performance through proactive monitoring, error handling, and optimization
Translate business requirements into resilient technical solutions that scale with organizational growth
Drive modernization of the integration ecosystem by leveraging cloud platforms and reusable architecture patterns
Ensure high-quality releases through rigorous testing, validation, and deployment standards
