Role Description The Critical Care Physician at MediVaah is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South. The physician will provide comprehensive care to critically ill patients, including assessment, diagnosis, and management of complex medical conditions in intensive and high-dependency settings.



Day-to-day responsibilities include performing clinical examinations, ordering and interpreting investigations, leading treatment plans, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams such as nurses, respiratory therapists, and other specialists. The role involves close monitoring of patients, responding to emergencies, performing or supervising procedures as per scope of practice, and ensuring adherence to evidence-based guidelines and hospital protocols. The physician will also communicate clearly with patients’ families, participate in clinical documentation, support quality and safety initiatives, and contribute to continuous improvement in critical care services.
Qualifications
Recognized medical degree (MBBS) and completed postgraduate qualification in Critical Care, Internal Medicine, Anaesthesia, or related specialty, with appropriate registration from relevant medical councils.
