This role owns one thing: the visual language of the brand.

From the earliest stages of conceptualization to the final asset that reaches a customer, you'll be responsible for building, executing, and maintaining a consistent visual identity across every touchpoint.

You'll translate design and business briefs into clear communication strategies for each collection, creating visual narratives that work across categories while ensuring that every image, campaign, and piece of content reflects the brand's standards.

You'll lead shoots from start to finish, from concept development, mood boarding, location scouting, prop selection, styling, and creative direction to on-set execution and final image selection. You'll work closely with photographers, models, production teams, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure that every project is delivered on time and executed to the highest standard.

This role extends beyond photography. You'll adapt and translate visual assets across multiple platforms, including the website, social media, mailers, advertisements, campaigns,



and other communication channels, ensuring consistency across all brand interactions.

We're looking for someone who can think strategically while remaining deeply involved in execution. Someone who can plan ahead, build communication calendars, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and quickly adapt when priorities shift. Someone who always has an alternative plan ready.

Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage timelines are essential. This is a quick-paced, hands-on role that requires someone who is comfortable multitasking, leading teams, coordinating moving parts, and taking ownership of the entire creative process.

You should be confident making creative decisions in real time, whether that's refining a concept, simplifying a composition, adjusting a frame that isn't working, or responding to last-minute changes during a shoot.
