Role Description The Operation Manager for Broiler Contract Farming is a full-time, on-site role based in Dehradun. This position oversees end-to-end operations of broiler contract farms, including planning bird placements, monitoring farm performance, and ensuring adherence to biosecurity and welfare standards. The role involves regular farm visits, supervising field staff, coordinating with contract farmers, and resolving operational issues in a timely manner.



The Operation Manager will manage feed, chick supply, and farm input logistics, track production metrics, and implement improvement plans for efficiency and profitability. The role also includes collaborating with sales and finance teams, preparing reports, supporting farmer training, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications
