About TCY
TCY Learning Solutions is an AI-first assessment and learning company with a large base of students preparing for international English-language examinations such as IELTS, PTE and other English proficiency tests.
A significant proportion of these students, after completing their English-language testing journey, move to study-abroad consultants for university selection and admissions.
We believe TCY has a significant prospect to extend its relationship with these students into their study-abroad journey.
We are therefore building a new Study Abroad vertical comprising:
A highly intuitive, self-explanatory digital study-abroad platform
A strong student acquisition and conversion funnel from TCY's existing ecosystem
The Role
We are looking for an experienced Study Abroad leader with strong product capabilities to build and lead this vertical.
This is a hybrid role combining:
Study Abroad Expertise + Product Thinking + Commercial Ownership




You should understand the study-abroad ecosystem deeply, but also have the ability to think from the student's perspective and work with a technology/product team to create a digital experience that makes the study-abroad journey simple and intuitive.
Key Responsibilities
1. Build the Study Abroad Digital Experience
Own the vision for the study-abroad experience on TCYonline.
The platform should make it easy for an aspirant to understand the Study Abroad journey from start to end.
The objective is to make the experience self-explanatory and easy to navigate, so that students can educate themselves and explore their options before interacting with a counsellor.
2. Design the Digital + Human Journey
Create the optimal interaction between TCY's technology and its counsellors.
