Key Responsibilities




Generate sales through leads, references, channel partners, digital enquiries, and other sources.
Handle incoming leads and convert prospects into customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties/projects.
Conduct property presentations and site visits for prospective customers.
Follow up with prospects regularly and maintain an updated sales pipeline.
Negotiate with customers and support the closure of property transactions.
Achieve individual and team sales targets as assigned.
Maintain solid relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Develop and maintain relationships with brokers/channel partners.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Monitor competitor projects, pricing, offers, and market trends.
Ensure proper documentation and adherence to company sales policies and processes.
