OMT – ServiceNow Technical Architect (TA)
Location: Indian (Travel across Europe)

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Technical Architect with strong expertise in OMT (Order Management for Telecommunications) to join a telecom-focused transformation programme.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical architecture and solution design for ServiceNow OMT implementations.
Define scalable and robust ServiceNow OMT architecture, integrations and technical solutions.
Lead technical design, architecture decisions and implementation standards.
Work closely with business, functional and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
Oversee integrations between ServiceNow OMT and telecom/BSS/OSS platforms.




Provide technical leadership and guidance to ServiceNow development and implementation teams.
Ensure solutions follow ServiceNow best practices, security and integration standards.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong hands-on ServiceNow OMT experience – MUST HAVE.
Proven experience as a ServiceNow Technical Architect / Solution Architect.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, integrations and technical design.
Previous experience in the Telecom domain is highly desirable.
Robust stakeholder management and technical leadership skills.
Experience working on complex ServiceNow transformation programmes.
