Position/Designation: Accounts & Finance Executive

About The Role

We are looking for an Accounts & Finance Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities primarily for the USA and Spain operations, while also supporting accounting activities for other group companies. The role requires robust accounting knowledge, attention to detail, effective coordination, and the ability to work systematically with teams across different countries and time zones.

Key Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day accounting entries in SAP Business One for USA and Spain companies.
Record and monitor sales and purchase transactions, expenses, general accounting entries, bank transactions, and reconciliations.
Manage salary/payroll-related accounting entries and VAT and other tax-related accounting activities.
Monitor daily accounting activities and ensure transactions are recorded accurately and on time.




Coordinate with USA and Spain teams according to their respective time zones for accounting requirements and follow-ups.
Follow up with respective teams for required documents, information, and accounting support.
Maintain proper accounting records and ensure pending activities are followed up and closed.
Handle accounting activities for other group companies maintained in Tally.
Coordinate with finance teams in Saudi Arabia and Dubai, providing support and coordination wherever required.
Monitor accounting activities of overseas finance teams from the Head Office and provide necessary support.
Coordinate with India Accounts & Finance teams in Lucknow and Delhi for learning, reporting, process support, and accounting-related requirements.
Assist in preparing regular financial reports and management information as required.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with internal accounting processes and controls.
