About the Role
We are looking for an HR Associate – HR Operations to support and strengthen our people processes across the organization. This role will be responsible for ensuring smooth execution of core HR operations, maintaining employee records, supporting employee lifecycle processes, and driving compliance with internal policies.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, process-driven, and passionate about creating a seamless employee experience. You will work closely with business leaders, employees, and the broader People team to ensure productive HR operations across Yuma.
This role is based in Bengaluru.

Key Responsibilities




Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, confirmations, transfers, and exit formalities.
Maintain and update employee records, HRMS data, and personnel documentation with high accuracy.
Coordinate employee onboarding activities and ensure a smooth joining experience.
Employee Grievance management.
Managing employee letters like, Experience letter, Relieving letter,Warning letters etc.
Third party vendor management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Maintain employee files and support HR audits and documentation requirements.
Respond to employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and processes.
Generate and analyze HR reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
Continuously identify opportunities to improve HR processes and employee experience.
Co-ordination with trainers and Training execution.
