We’re Hiring: HR Business Partner (HRBP) | Gurugram

Sukoon Health is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to drive end-to-end HR strategy and execution across our psychiatry centres in Gurugram.

Key Responsibilities:
Partner with Clinical Heads and centre leadership on people strategy
Drive end-to-end talent acquisition and workforce planning
Lead onboarding, training, engagement, and retention initiatives
Manage HR operations, performance management, and employee relations
Ensure compliance with HR policies and applicable labour laws
Drive a positive, high-performance, and patient-centric workplace culture

Requirements:
Master’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent
6+ years of HR experience, including 2+ years in a generalist HR role
Healthcare or hospital HR experience preferred
Solid stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
Hands-on and data-driven approach with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
