About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Training Operations qualified to own end-to-end delivery of assigned training programs.



This role is the single point of ownership for a program — from gathering client requirements to driving execution through internal teams (content, QA, training) and closing the loop with the client. You'll act as the primary communication link between trainers and clients across India, ensuring nothing gets lost in translation between what a client needs and what gets delivered.

Key Responsibilities

Program Delivery Ownership

Own end-to-end delivery of assigned training programs — trainer-subject-batch allocation, batch readiness, execution tracking, and closure reporting
Gather client requirements and translate them into clear, actionable inputs for internal teams
Coordinate end-to-end with content, QA, and training teams to execute against those requirements, following through until delivery is complete

Client & Trainer Communication

Act as the communication bridge between trainers and clients, ensuring requirement
