Atluri Holdings is looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead the HR function across our diverse business verticals, including Hospitality, Commercial Real Estate, Professional AV, Events, and Corporate Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end recruitment & manpower planning
Manage onboarding, employee engagement & employee relations
Drive performance management, KRAs/KPIs and appraisals
Oversee attendance, leave, payroll coordination & HRMS
Manage compensation, benefits, PF, ESI, gratuity & statutory compliance
Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs and processes
Handle grievances,



disciplinary matters & conflict resolution
Drive training, development and employee retention initiatives
Prepare HR MIS and reports for management review
Candidate Profile
15+ years of progressive HR experience
Significant experience in an HR managerial/leadership role
Hospitality industry HR experience is mandatory – Hotels/Resorts/Hospitality Operations preferred
Robust knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance
Hands-on experience across the complete employee lifecycle
Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder-management skills
