Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. This position is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities in the precision manufacturing and industrial components sector, as well as strengthening relationships with existing clients. Day-to-day activities include prospecting and qualifying leads, meeting with customers, understanding technical requirements,



and preparing proposals and quotations in coordination with internal teams. The role involves market research, competitor analysis, and participation in industry events to increase brand visibility and generate sales pipelines. The Business Development Manager will collaborate closely with production, quality, and finance teams to ensure customer requirements are met, manage contract negotiations, and track performance against sales targets.
