Role Description
We’re looking for a Marketing Executive who can combine creative thinking with a robust understanding of digital marketing and performance.
Plan and execute digital-first marketing campaigns across platforms.
Develop social media strategies and content plans aligned with brand objectives.
Work closely with the creative team to develop engaging campaigns and content.
Manage social media content, publishing and day-to-day communication.
Identify emerging trends, formats and growth opportunities.
Support campaign planning, execution and performance tracking.
Analyse marketing and social media performance to identify what’s working and what can improve.
Develop ideas that strengthen brand awareness, engagement and community.
Coordinate with designers,



content creators and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
Manage multiple campaigns and deadlines across different clients and projects.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai.

Qualifications
2+ years of professional experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing or a similar role.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media and content strategy.
Ability to plan and execute creative, digital-first campaigns.
Strong understanding of community building and audience engagement.
Creative thinker with a performance-driven mindset.
Skilled at identifying trends and translating them into relevant marketing opportunities.
Comfortable working with analytics and using data to inform marketing decisions.
Relevant qualifications such as a degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Strong communication, copywriting and presentation skills.
