Role Description The Human Resources Business Partner at The Chennai Silks will serve as a strategic and operational HR advisor to management and employees at the Tiruppur location. This full-time, on-site role includes managing day-to-day HR activities such as implementing HR policies, supporting recruitment processes, and onboarding new team members. The HR Business Partner will handle employee relations matters, facilitate performance management cycles, and guide leaders on people-related decisions. The role also involves ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws,



coordinating employee engagement initiatives, and partnering with leadership to support workforce planning and organizational development.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) operations and HR Policies, with experience applying them in a retail or similar environment.
Demonstrated ability in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, employee engagement, and supporting a positive workplace culture.
Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law relevant to the region, with ability to ensure policy and practice compliance.
Experience with Performance Management, including goal setting, feedback processes, and performance reviews.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certification is an advantage.
