Job Purpose
Aakriti Housing is seeking an experienced and result-oriented Construction Head / Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of residential construction projects. The role is responsible for ensuring projects are completed within defined timelines, approved budgets, quality standards, safety requirements, and organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities / KRAs
1. Project Execution & Planning
Develop and implement detailed project execution plans, schedules, and milestones.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of activities.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
Ensure effective planning of manpower, materials, equipment, and other project resources.
2. Overall Project Delivery




Take complete ownership of project delivery from planning through execution and handover.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per approved quality standards.
Monitor critical project milestones and take corrective action to prevent delays.
3. Multi-Project Planning & Control
Oversee and coordinate multiple construction projects simultaneously, where applicable.
Establish project priorities, monitor progress, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Track project schedules, dependencies, and critical activities.
4. Team & Contractor Management
Lead, supervise, and coordinate site teams, engineers, supervisors, contractors, and subcontractors.
Ensure explicit allocation of responsibilities and accountability across teams.
Monitor contractor performance, productivity, quality, and adherence to project schedules.
5. Execution Leadership
Provide strong on-site leadership to ensure smooth and efficient project execution.
