Role: E-Commerce Platform Manager / Product Manager E-Commerce

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Platform Performance & UX Excellence: Take absolute accountability for end-to-end platform performance, maximizing system uptime,



loading speed optimizations, and overall user experience metrics.

Vendor & Engineering Orchestration: Serve as the primary technical interface and strategic partner coordinating directly with technology vendors, systems integrators, and internal engineering teams.

Strategic Feature Roadmap: Formulate, prioritize, and rigorously execute a forward-looking platform feature roadmap and functional enhancements aligned with business goals.

Ecosystem Integrations Management: Seamlessly oversee and manage mission-critical platform integrations, including enterprise systems (ERP, CRM) and payment processing gateways.

Data-Driven Conversion Optimization: Continuously monitor and analyze web analytics, user funnels, and performance metrics to aggressively target and resolve conversion drop-offs.

Platform Security & Risk Compliance: Proactively safeguard platform data architecture, ensuring top-tier infrastructure security
