Role Description The Owner role at Lupin Ltd. in the Pune Division is a full-time, on-site leadership position responsible for overseeing overall business operations and strategic direction. This role involves setting long-term goals, managing key stakeholder relationships, and ensuring that pharmaceutical operations comply with regulatory and quality requirements. The Owner will collaborate with senior leaders to drive growth initiatives, optimize resource allocation, and support innovation in products and processes. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing performance metrics, guiding cross-functional teams, making data-driven decisions, and fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in leading or owning operations within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector, with robust understanding of industry standards and regulations.
Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans, manage budgets,



and drive business growth while maintaining high ethical and quality standards.
Strong leadership and people management skills, including mentoring senior staff, building high-performing teams, and managing change effectively.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with comfort working with operational and financial data.
Clear and effective communication skills, including the ability to engage with regulators, partners, internal teams, and other stakeholders.
Experience with governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks relevant to pharmaceutical manufacturing and distribution.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field; advanced business or management qualifications are an advantage.
Willingness to work on-site in the Pune Division and commit to full-time leadership responsibilities.
