We're Hiring: Market Research Operations Executive
Are you someone who thrives at the intersection of survey programming, vendor management, and client relationships? We're looking for a Market Research Operations Executive to join our team.
What you'll do:
Launch and manage surveys on sample platforms like Cint, PureSpectrum, and Lucid
Negotiate CPI/bids with clients to ensure competitive, profitable pricing
Onboard and manage relationships with sample/panel vendors
Test survey links and troubleshoot issues before and during fielding
Monitor and optimize live campaign performance (quality, quotas, incidence rate, completes)
Serve as the go-to point of contact for both clients and vendors throughout project lifecycles
Maintain trackers, reports, and dashboards in Excel




What we're looking for:
Hands-on experience with online sample platforms (Cint, PureSpectrum, Lucid, or similar)
Solid negotiation and vendor management skills
Sharp attention to detail for QA/link testing
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas)
Excellent communication skills — comfortable managing both client and vendor conversations
Ability to multitask across multiple live projects
