Role Overview

As an Operations Product Support Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by troubleshooting product and operational issues, analyzing data, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering timely resolutions. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, ownership, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Provide end-to-end support for product and operational issues.
Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve customer and internal support tickets.
Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and coordinate with Product and Engineering teams.
Monitor operational dashboards and ensure SLA adherence.
Collect customer feedback and recommend product improvements.
Create and maintain SOPs, documentation,



and incident reports.
Analyze data using SQL, Excel, and Google Sheets.
Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.
Design, build, and support AI-driven automation solutions to improve operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Applications, Engineering, or a related field.
0–2 years of experience in Product Support, Technical Support, or Operations (Freshers with robust analytical skills are welcome).

Technical Skills

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
Basic to intermediate SQL.
Knowledge of at least one programming language (Python, Java, JavaScript, etc.) is preferred.
Basic understanding of APIs, JSON, databases, and system troubleshooting. Core Skills
Strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
