The Role

Nomad Temporary Housing, a Temporary Accomodation Company Headquartered in San Diego with offices in Phoenix, Hong Kong, London and India, is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our growing organization.
This position is Full Time in a customer service role, working US hours. You will be supporting our customers staying with us in corporate apartments throughout North and South America. Sample tasks include: Handling communication to guests before and after arrival,



sending property notices to our guests for key notices, apartment inspection review (virtual through our system), and excel reporting/analysis support to our guest services manager.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate guest arrivals and departures, ensuring all stay information is accurate and communicated on time.
Conduct guest wellness checks throughout each stay to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Manage and resolve in-stay service issues promptly and professionally, working closely with accommodation partners.
Liaise with serviced apartment providers to obtain inspections, updates and required documentation.
Maintain accurate records and update internal systems with all guest interactions and case notes.
Build strong relationships with accommodation partners and internal teams to deliver outstanding service.
