- Manage the planning and delivery of projects including taking an active role leading process and procedure in the delivery of Projects.
- Leads the identification of potential operational and delivery risks and the development and implementation mitigation strategies to ensure service level are maintained.
- Contribute to the development of systems, processes, procedures and strategies to implement governance initiatives and communicate the outcomes to ensure the adoption of new systems policies, processes and procedures across the Business unit.
- Prepare briefings, submissions, presentations and develop business cases to support achievement of project/program delivery.
- Provides routine and ad hoc reports on the operational performance of projects to highlight any trends, forecasts or risks that require management intervention and/or strategic solutions for further action. Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within the banking sector.
