Job Summary
The Corporate Development Analyst will support the corporate development function across financial analysis, deal evaluation, portfolio reporting, and industry research. The role sits within the Corporate Development team, and involves preparing analyses, research,



and investment plans for Switz Group and the broader food and bakery industry. The position demands strong analytical fundamentals, comfort with financial data, and the ability to produce high-quality presentations and models under tight timelines. Freshers with solid academic credentials and the right aptitude are welcome to apply.

Duties and Responsibilities
Financial Analysis & Modelling
• Analyse production, sales, operational, and financial data across group companies
• Prepare and populate financial models for investment proposals, capex feasibility studies, and portfolio reviews.
• Analyze and evaluate investment proposals for recommendation for investment decision.
• Create financial models that enhance return on investment of projects and support financial planning.
• Support due diligence on M&A; targets — compile data rooms, build financial profiles, and assist with valuation work.
