Role Description The Business Development Associate (BDA) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The BDA will identify and nurture prospective buyers and investors, manage lead pipelines, and conduct property presentations and site visits for Nirvaana Hills. Daily responsibilities include following up on inquiries, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, coordinating with marketing and sales teams, and preparing basic proposals or sales collateral.



The role also involves market research on competing projects, supporting events or promotional activities, and providing clear communication and service to potential and existing clients. The BDA will collaborate closely with senior team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth strategy of the Nirvaana Hills community.

Qualifications
Strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation, client relationship management, and negotiation.
Good communication and interpersonal abilities, with clear spoken and written English and comfort presenting to individuals and small groups.
Basic marketing and research capabilities, such as understanding target segments, analyzing competing projects, and using digital channels to support outreach.
Proficiency with common productivity and CRM tools, including spreadsheets, presentation software, and customer database management.
