About the Role
Atlas Metal Industries Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented QC Manager to lead the Quality Control function at our Jamnagar facility.
The ideal candidate will bring robust expertise in quality management systems, product and process audits, UL compliance, customer quality requirements and continuous improvement. This role will be responsible for ensuring consistent product quality, strengthening quality systems and driving compliance across manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the overall Quality Control function and QC team.
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, UL standards and customer-specific quality requirements.
Plan and conduct internal, process, product, supplier and customer audits.
Drive effective implementation of APQP/PEPA, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan and MSA.
Monitor process and product quality through SPC and other quality tools.
Handle customer complaints, NCRs and quality concerns through structured 8D, CAPA and Root Cause Analysis.
Drive corrective,



preventive and continuous improvement initiatives across departments.
Ensure product conformity with applicable UL requirements and support UL audits and certification activities.
Maintain and review quality documentation, inspection standards, audit records and compliance reports.
Work closely with Production, Engineering, R&D; and other cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues.
Develop, train and motivate QC inspectors and engineers to achieve defined quality objectives.
Strengthen supplier quality and ensure incoming materials meet required specifications.

Mandatory Experience & Skills
Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in Quality Control / Quality Assurance, preferably with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 Quality Management Systems.
Hands-on knowledge of UL certification and compliance, preferably including:
UL 467
UL 486A / 486B
UL 486C
