As a Senior CrowdStrike Security Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving the organisation's endpoint security posture using CrowdStrike Falcon Exposure Management and Falcon Insight EDR/XDR. You will manage vulnerability scanning coverage, endpoint protection, security agent upgrades, EDR health verification, and related security infrastructure activities.
You will work closely with security, infrastructure, network, IT operations, vendors, and Japan-based stakeholders to process security requests, coordinate changes, troubleshoot issues, and ensure endpoint environments remain secure and up to date.
The role also involves supporting ServiceNow-based change and patch management, AWS golden-image updates, certificate renewals, endpoint deployments, and security incident documentation.
Key ResponsibilitiesThreat & Vulnerability Management




Manage vulnerability scanning registration and ensure appropriate endpoint and server coverage.
Process and coordinate firewall blocking requests related to identified threats and vulnerabilities.
Manage CrowdStrike Falcon sensor/agent upgrades across endpoints and servers.
Provide technical support for scanning, agent, remediation, and vulnerability-related issues.
Verify the impact of ServiceNow patch applications and change requests on vulnerability management environments.
Coordinate with network and infrastructure teams for security-related changes.
Prepare accurate incident and activity reports for vulnerability and threat-management events.
EDR & Endpoint Security
Monitor and verify the health, coverage, and status of CrowdStrike EDR agents.
Troubleshoot endpoint, server, and terminal agent-related issues.
Support EDR agent deployment and server onboarding activities.
Manage ADFS certificate renewals and related identity-federation activit
