role description : the community manager is an on-site role based at arc method. in andheri west,mumbai. you’ll work closely with the founders, this role is responsible for building and nurturing relationships with studio members, ensuring an inclusive, welcoming experience from first contact through ongoing engagement. day-to-day tasks include supporting members at the studio, managing class bookings and inquiries, supporting studio set-up before every session and gathering feedback to improve the member experience.

key responsibilities :

•⁠ ⁠community: build relationships with members, understand their goals, help keep them accountable, and create a community people want to be part of.




•⁠ ⁠marketing: create social media content, advertising, campaigns, partnerships, and other ideas that help grow the brand.
•⁠ ⁠operations: support the day-to-day studio set up, member communication, onboarding, and follow-ups.
•⁠ ⁠growth: work directly with the founders on projects, bring ideas to the table, and help turn them into reality.
