Key Responsibilities
Build, manage, and strengthen long-term relationships with creators, influencers, talent managers, and creator networks.
Identify and onboard relevant creators across categories such as Lifestyle, Fashion, Beauty, FMCG, Food, Travel, and Entertainment.
Understand creator profiles, audience demographics, content quality, engagement, and brand suitability.
Lead creator negotiations including commercials, deliverables, timelines, usage rights, exclusivity, and campaign terms.
Develop and maintain a strong creator network to support ongoing brand requirements.
Work closely with the Brand Partnerships and Campaign teams to understand campaign briefs and recommend suitable creators.
Own creator communication throughout the campaign lifecycle, from briefing to content submission and final execution.
Ensure creators deliver agreed content and campaign requirements within timelines.
Handle creator escalations, negotiations, conflicts, and last-minute campaign requirements effectively.
Track creator performance and maintain updated records of creator profiles,



commercials, campaign history, and relationship status.
Identify high-potential creators and develop them into long-term strategic talent partnerships.
Support the team in building creator communities and exclusive talent pools.
Monitor influencer marketing trends, emerging creators, content formats, and platform developments.
Work towards improving creator retention, campaign efficiency, and overall partnership value.

Requirements
5+ years of relevant experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, talent management, digital media, or a related field.
Strong existing network of creators/influencers and talent managers.
Proven experience in managing creator partnerships and negotiating commercials.
Strong understanding of platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, and other relevant social platforms.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
