Position Summary





We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled IT Specialist with strong expertise in Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, supporting, and optimizing enterprise-grade Azure and Microsoft 365 environments for medium to large organizations, including multi-tenant cloud infrastructures.

This role requires hands-on experience in identity and access management, endpoint management, cloud security, and enterprise collaboration technologies. The candidate should possess robust troubleshooting, implementation, and operational support capabilities within modern cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

* Administer, manage, and support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and related M365 applications.
* Manage and maintain Azure cloud infrastructure for medium to large enterprise environments.
* Support and administer multi-tenant Azure environm
