We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Junior Video Editor & Camera Operator who has a good understanding of video editing, camera handling, shooting, and content creation.
This role is ideal for a fresher or someone with 0–1 year of experience who has practical knowledge of video production and is eager to learn and grow.
Key Responsibilities
Shoot videos for social media, corporate content, reels, events, interviews, and promotional campaigns.
Handle cameras, tripods, gimbals, microphones, and basic lighting equipment.
Edit videos for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
Create engaging Reels, short-form videos, promotional videos, and behind-the-scenes content.
Perform basic color correction, transitions, subtitles, sound editing, and effects.
Ensure proper camera framing, angles, lighting, and audio during shoots.
Assist in planning video concepts, scripts, and shoot requirements.
Manage and organize raw footage and project files.




Work closely with the Marketing and Content teams to create creative video content.
Keep up with current social media trends, editing styles, and Reels formats.
Required Skills
Basic to positive knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects / DaVinci Resolve or similar editing software.
Good understanding of camera settings, framing, composition, and lighting.
Basic knowledge of audio recording and sound editing.
Creative mindset with a good eye for visuals.
Willingness to handle both shooting and editing responsibilities.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to learn quickly and work on multiple content requirements.
Added Advantage
Personal projects, college projects, YouTube channel, Instagram Reels, or a video editing portfolio/showreel.
Knowledge of gimbal, DSLR/mirrorless cameras, motion graphics, or basic animation.
Knowledge of current Instagram/YouTube video trends.
