Vishakha Group is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Plant HR Manager to lead the complete HR function for our Encapsulant Sheet Manufacturing Plant at Mundra.

This is a key plant leadership role for a professional who can drive manpower strategy, employee relations, HR operations, industrial relations and compliance while partnering closely with the Plant Leadership Team.

? Experience: 12–18 Years
? Qualification: MBA/PGDM – HR / Personnel Management preferred

Key Responsibilities:

? Lead end-to-end Plant HR Operations and act as HR Business Partner to the Plant Head
? Drive Manpower Planning, Recruitment & Workforce Productivity
? Manage Industrial Relations, Employee Relations & Grievance Handling
? Ensure effective Contract Labour Management & Statutory Compliance
? Drive Employee Engagement, Retention, PMS, Training & Development




? Manage HR operations including Payroll, Attendance, HR MIS & HR Analytics
? Monitor manpower cost, absenteeism, attrition and workforce productivity
? Support plant expansion, organisational changes and business requirements
? Build a solid culture of discipline, performance and employee engagement

Preferred Industry Experience:

Engineering| Manufacturing| Polymer | Plastics | Chemical | EVA / Encapsulant Sheet | Films | Flexible Packaging | Process Manufacturing

Candidates should have strong exposure to Plant HR, Industrial Relations, Labour Compliance, Contract Workforce and large-scale manufacturing operations.
