Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist will work full time on-site in the Pune Division, supporting the growth of home loan services, particularly SBI Home Loan offerings. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and engaging prospective customers, explaining loan products, and guiding them through eligibility checks and application processes. The role involves coordinating sales activities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and providing responsive customer service.



The specialist will assist in designing and executing marketing initiatives, conducting local market outreach, and supporting training sessions for team members on sales techniques and product knowledge. The position requires accurate documentation of interactions, regular reporting on sales performance, and collaboration with internal teams to meet business targets.
