What you’ll do:
✨ Handle client concerns and escalations proactively
✨ Coordinate with teams across Academics, Sales, Product & Finance
✨ Act as the primary point of contact for student concerns and queries
✨ Ensure timely resolution of issues while maintaining high satisfaction levels
✨ Manage CRM records, ticketing systems, and case logs
✨ Analyze student feedback and work towards improving processes
✨ Engage with students to enhance satisfaction and retention
What we’re looking for:
? 2–4 years of experience in B2B client handling and/or student servicing




? Experience in the Education or Service-driven industry is preferred
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills
? Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset
? Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced workplace
? Basic knowledge of CRM tools such as Zoho, Freshdesk, or similar platforms
? Willingness to travel
? Location: Jalandhar
