Job Summary
SkyyRider Electric Private Limited is looking for a responsible and experienced Production Supervisor to manage day-to-day production activities, supervise the production team, maintain quality standards, and ensure timely completion of production targets.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily production activities and manpower allocation.
Ensure production targets are achieved within the planned timelines.
Monitor assembly, manufacturing, and vehicle production processes.
Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
Manage and coordinate production workers and technicians.
Monitor raw materials, tools, components, and inventory requirements.
Identify production issues and coordinate with relevant departments for quick resolution.
Maintain daily production reports, records, and documentation.
Minimize production downtime,



material wastage, and process inefficiencies.
Coordinate with Quality, Stores, Purchase, Service, and Operations teams.
Ensure proper maintenance and safe use of production equipment.
Train and guide workers on production processes and safety procedures.
Implement process improvements to increase productivity and efficiency.
Required Skills
Strong production and team-management skills.
Knowledge of manufacturing/assembly processes.
Good understanding of quality and safety standards.
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and production reporting.
Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets.
Experience in the automobile/EV industry will be preferred.
Qualification
Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical, Automobile, Electrical, Production Engineering, or a related field.
