Role Description
This is a full-time in office Paid Assistant role located in Bengaluru. The Paid Assistant will assist with auditing and assurance assignments, perform tax filing and compliance tasks, support corporate filings and structuring processes,



and provide consultancy on accounting and financial matters. The role will involve working closely with senior professionals to ensure the accuracy and compliance of financial processes.

Qualifications
Experience in Audit & Assurance and understanding of related procedures
Knowledge of Taxation, including filing, compliance, and regulations
Familiarity with Corporate Law and start-up advisory
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Proficiency in accounting software and tools
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field; pursuing CA/CA Inter is preferred
Excellent attention to detail, time management, and an eagerness to learn
