Internship (2–3 Months) | Stipend up to ₹15,000/month

Dotcom Growth is a fast-growing marketing and automation company helping businesses scale through smart strategy, creative execution, and tech-driven systems. We're looking for an HR Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience across the full HR function in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment — sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews
- Support onboarding and documentation for new hires
- Help maintain employee records and HR databases
- Coordinate internal communication and employee engagement activities
- Assist with drafting HR policies, offer letters, and other documentation
- Support day-to-day HR operations and admin tasks

Who We're Looking For:
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration,



or a related field
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-organized with good attention to detail
- Comfortable working with MS Office / Google Workspace
- Proactive, eager to learn, and able to multitask in a startup environment
- Prior HR internship experience is a plus, but not mandatory

Details:
- Duration: 2–3 months
- Stipend: Up to ₹15,000 per month
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Mon–Fri WFO and Sat coordinate for interviews WFH)
- Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Location: In-office, Jaipur
