ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for a talented individual who has experience in preparing the drawings,store layout, plans in CAD for our upcoming & existing stores. You will work directly with the Projects Head. You will learn broadly and deeply, have autonomy and freedom, and you will have the capacity to build the foundation of one of India’s outstanding brands.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
• Self-starter, ready to take on new challenges
• Understanding on the store layouts
• Should be able to read the technical drawings
• Keen eye for detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to create BOQs and Manage vendors
• Positive attitude and ability to work with multiple departments

ROLES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Creating technical drawings as per the specifications provided
• Create BOQs with respect to technical drawings.
• Communicating with the Project Managers to understand the technical
requirements




• Submitting the drafts to the Senior Management for review
• Reviewing and redrafting the drawings in coordination with the Projects Head

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors degree in Architecture/Interior Designers and Diploma In Architecture
Retail Experience is a Plus

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Has minimum 6 months-4 years of experience
- working on technical CAD drawings & 3D model on relevant software

SALARY:
4LPA-9LPA(Depending upon the experience and Interview)
