Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive – B2C Sales role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The role involves identifying and engaging prospective learners, conducting outbound and inbound calls, and converting leads into enrollments for online programs. Daily tasks include understanding learner requirements, explaining program features and benefits, providing guidance on course selection,



and maintaining accurate records in CRM tools. The position also requires meeting individual and team sales targets, nurturing relationships with prospective learners, collaborating with marketing and academic teams to improve conversion, and delivering a qualified, learner-centric experience throughout the sales cycle.

Qualifications
Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify, engage, and convert prospective learners.
Solid understanding of Business and Account Management to handle learner pipelines and maintain long-term relationships.
Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, active listening, and persuasive presentation abilities.
Proven experience in B2C sales, inside sales, or education/edtech sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
