Role Description The Head of Sales is a full-time, on-site role based in Alwar, responsible for leading and expanding PECPL’s sales function. This role oversees sales strategy, pipeline development,



and revenue growth across domestic and international markets, with a focus on bulk material handling and heavy industry customers. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, developing and executing sales plans, and coordinating closely with technical, operations, and production teams to align customer requirements with manufacturing capabilities. The Head of Sales will lead, coach, and mentor the sales team, set performance targets, track KPIs, and ensure consistent customer engagement and after-sales support. The role also includes market analysis, participation in industry events, and preparation of sales forecasts and management reports.
Qualifications
Robust Sales and Sales Management skills, with a track record of achieving ambitious revenue and growth targets in B2B industrial markets.
