About Stayvilmaris

Stayvilmaris is growing, and we’re looking for a skilled Accountant to join our team and take ownership of day-to-day accounting and financial operations.

If you’re someone who enjoys working with numbers, keeps financial records accurate, and knows how to stay on top of reconciliations, compliance, and reporting, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

Manage daily accounting entries, bookkeeping, and financial transactions
Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoices, and payments
Perform regular bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations
Prepare monthly MIS and financial reports
Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements
Track receivables, payables, expenses, and outstanding balances
Verify bills, invoices, and supporting financial documents
Assist with monthly and annual closing activities
Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and internal teams as required




Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
Identify discrepancies and ensure timely resolution
Support management with accounting data and financial insights

What We’re Looking For

4–5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
Hands-on knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel
Strong reconciliation and reporting skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Good organisational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification preferred
