Role Description The Sales and Marketing Representative is a full time, on-site role based in Salem. This role is responsible for identifying and engaging prospective customers, presenting products and services, and managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing. Day-to-day tasks include conducting outbound and in-person sales activities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and supporting marketing campaigns through promotions, events, and digital outreach.



The representative will prepare and deliver product demonstrations, participate in training sessions to stay current on offerings, and collaborate with internal teams to refine messaging and sales strategies. The role also involves tracking performance metrics, reporting on sales activities, and providing feedback from the field to improve customer experience and marketing initiatives.
