• support the Service & Product Strategy Managers across our Investment Banking & Group Finance and Risk business divisions (Equity, Fixed Income, Prime Services, Research) and our technical partners
• uphold high standards for timely issue resolution and communications with our clients and stakeholders
• contribute expertise to the management of existing and new IT products and services
• define business and technical workarounds in a rapidly moving workplace, initiate and help to deliver process improvements (including automation solutions)
• eliminate TOIL, automate manual tasks, improve observability and ensure highest availability of the application services.
• actively participate in the major incident management process
• optimize operational procedures to improve efficiency, reduce time to restore and minimize costs
• perform the full spectrum of Production Support responsibilities,



based on the ITIL Framework: Incident and Problem Management, Change Management, Business Continuity Management, Continuous improvement

You'll be working in our Technology Services, Investment Banking and/or Group Finance/Risk Application Support and reliability (AS&R;) team in India (Hyderabad)
We are a group of site reliability engineers who provides application management services to the stake holders from the investment banking and/or Finance/Risk division that include traders, salespersons, research analysts, client service managers, risk managers and operation analysts.
