We Are Looking For

A dynamic, ambitious, and results-oriented Branch Manager who can lead branch operations, drive revenue growth, build high-performing teams, and contribute to the organization's expansion journey.

This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in Sales, Business Development, Team Management, and Revenue Generation.

Key Responsibilities
Drive branch revenue, profitability, and overall business performance.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals.
Develop and execute business growth strategies.




Generate current business through client acquisition, referrals, networking, and relationship management. Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of revenue targets.
Recruit, train, and develop high-performing team members.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Ensure operational excellence and adherence to company policies.

Mandatory Requirements
✔ 6–7+ Years of Sales & Business Development Experience
✔ 5+ Years of Team Handling & Leadership Experience
✔ Proven Track Record of Achieving Revenue Targets
✔ Strong Client Acquisition & Relationship Management Skills
✔ Excellent Leadership, Communication & Negotiation Skills
